How the team should search
- 1Search the exact hotel name plus "16 October 2026 to 18 October 2026".
- 2Use venue postcode W1K 2HP in Google Maps or Citymapper to check the precise journey.
- 3For groups of 3 or more, also search Airbnb and Booking.com for entire flats or family rooms — the total cost is often lower than multiple hotel rooms.
- 4Compare the hotel's direct price with Booking.com and Expedia before paying.
- 5Check whether the room has a window, air conditioning, breakfast and free cancellation.
- 6If two or three people are sharing, compare the total price of a family room or apartment - not only the headline room rate.
